Nepenthes in culture VI

Nepenthes lowii and Nepenthes ephippiata

 

 

 

       

 

The left two photos show young pitcher of Nepenthes ephippiata, the right two Nepenthes lowii. The two species have the typical bristles in the underside of the lid and produc a lot of nectar. I am cultivating the in my special soil: Peat, Seramis, quarzsand and pine-bark and water very less during the year.
